Luckily there are few workarounds for this fuss made by Xiaomi. Though there are no official method or confirmation yet available from Xiaomi. We can fix this with a temporary solution.

Time needed: 5 minutes.

  1. Boot into Fastboot mode

    The first step is to boot into fastboot mode of your device. You can press Power + Volume Down buttons together for few seconds until fastboot mode screen appears.

  2. Connect your phone to the computer

    You have to plug your mobile phone into your computer or laptop using a USB cable.

  3. Open Command Prompt

    After that go to the ADB installed folder, SHIFT + Right Click inside the folder and click on ‘Open Command Prompt window here’

  4. Type these commands in Command Prompt

    fastboot devices
    fastboot set_active other
    fastboot reboot

  5. Wait a few minutes

    Once those commands are typed, it will reboot your mobile phone. Give it a few minutes to boot into the system.
